With January in full swing, lots of New Year’s resolutions are coming into their own and starting to bear fruit. From clean eating to new exercise regimes, New Year goals often focus on bettering ourselves – but for some of us, this could mean injury recovery and rehabilitation as a rather unwelcome consequence.

Covid-safe in-clinic rehab sessions at Balanced Bodies
We are continuing with in-clinic rehab sessions, alongside the option of Zoom, for those who need or prefer it, taking all suitable Covid-safe precautions before 1-to-1s and using appropriate levels of PPE. Our clinic is sanitised between appointments and fully ventilated all day.
