The primary focus of our work at Balanced Bodies is to help client’s banish their pain. We use a variety of methods to do this. But once the pain has gone and the client is able to move comfortably, we then make sure the pain does not return. We really don’t want our clients stuck in a cycle of maintenance treatments. Nor do we want them fearful of using their bodies for daily life.

So how do we make the pain stay away?

You’ve no doubt heard us talking about strength training. No we don’t mean burpees and jumping jacks! We mean suitable exercises that progress with your capability.
