So what can you do when you’re feeling unwell?

Well this week has been a rollercoaster! Recovering from #Shingles whilst battling a new #cold …. oh the joys! I am feeling a little strong each day. A little more energy. It certainly makes you appreciate the times when you are full strength! Instead this week was a change to the original schedule to focus on a rarely covered topic of what to do when you are feeling unwell and wondering whether you should exercise.

I put together this video to give you an idea of the sorts of activity you might want to think about whilst you are unwell and / or recovering.

This is me taking you through my own recovery. I practice what I preach. When I was at my worst 2 weekends ago I literally lay on the sofa and did little more than eat and sleep. Now i am building back up progressively. Pushing just enough to make some headway, but not enough to drain valuable resources that my body needs to heal from the viruses.
