In today’s fast-paced and often challenging society, finding little pockets of niceness can be a rare but cherished experience. At Balanced Bodies Injury Rehabilitation, we understand the value of these moments, especially when our clients take the time to share their positive feedback publicly. We truly appreciate and treasure each word of encouragement, as it fuels our commitment to providing exceptional services.
Recently, we’ve dedicated some time to update our Client Feedback Page on our website with fresh testimonials from our wonderful clients. This process allowed us to reflect on the kind words and gratitude we’ve received over the past three years. Yes, you read that correctly – it’s our third anniversary! Time has flown by since we opened our doors, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Our journey began in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and our third year coincides with a challenging cost of living crisis. We recognise that it’s tough out there right now, and we’ve had to adapt our business to navigate these turbulent waters. It’s no secret that the past year has been more demanding compared to the previous one, but our determination and belief in our mission have kept us moving forward.
As we look ahead to the coming year, we’ve made some important decisions to continue serving our clients effectively. Despite the economic challenges, we chose not to increase our rates this last 2 years. Our priority was to support our clients during these trying times. However, to ensure the sustainability of our business, we will be adjusting our rates starting on January 1, 2024. We’re currently working on finalising the details, and we plan to share the updated rates early in November.
If you’ve been considering taking a step towards recovering from pain and / or injury with us, we encourage you to make the most of the current rates and join us before the prices change. Your well-being remains our top priority, and we’re committed to providing the highest level of care and service.
Thank you for being a part of our journey and for your continued trust in Balanced Bodies Injury Rehabilitation. We look forward to the years ahead, as we continue to work together to achieve your full recovery from pain and injury.
